Delivery Information


Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be estimated prior to payment, although for some items this will occur after the order is placed. In the later case, if the estimates are not acceptable, you can cancel the order. We make every effort to provide the best delivery service for our customers.


In the case of a product return, the customer will pay to ship it back to Tawa Technologies. In the case of a defective product we will reimburse  (through store credit) your shipping cost, and ship you a replacement product at no cost. If the product is not defective the customer will also need to pay shipping for us to send the product back. If the customer wants a reimbursement (not available on worn or custom products), a 10% restocking fee will apply.


Tawa Technology accepts no responsibility for losses incurred while a product is in transit to, or from the customer.
